Firearm Policies:

1. All firearm sales and redemptions require a federal background check through A.T.F.

2. Identification addresses must match your physical address or a 2nd form of I.D. is required. 

3. The only supplemental identification allowed is vehicle registration, voter I.D. card, or hunting/fishing license.

4. If you do not have a physical address on ID and one of these supplemental ID together, we can NOT continue with background check. You must get an ID with your physical address.​​

5. Forms must be filled out completely and to the satisfaction of your pawnbroker.

6. Sometimes you may get a delay or deny on your background check. We are NOT told the reasons why, we will give you a card to contact A.T.F. yourself to find out reason.

7. If your firearm is in pawn you must get an ID with your physical address or a supplemental ID prior to your due date, we can NOT return your firearm without these items.​

Note: S.E. Loan & Pawn will NOT accept any firearm with accessories that convert the firearm to automatic fire: such as bump stocks, gatling or binary triggers, drop in sears, conversion kits, or silencers/suppressors of any kind. Short Barrel or SBR rifles will not be accepted.
